Onto other matters before the officials table - in order to make this fair to everyone - each racer may withdraw ONE submission (answer for request for points) of ONE entry from AA, BB, SS, (TT NOT INCLUDED) or location entry - ONE and only ONE from ONE of the above mentioned games/race. In so doing those points will be subtracted from your score as if they never occurred - in the game of golf this is commonly referred to as a Mulligan - in honor of the racer who inspired this new rule - and henceforth and in perpetuity this rule will be know as a RUTHIE.

Requesting a RUTHIE

Each Racer may request their ONE RUTHIE at anytime once the official Race has commenced and prior to it's completion - the RUTHIE should be requested both in the Circle via e-mail and to the judges private e-mail addresses to assure speedy delivery - the RUTHIE message should be specific in requesting which submission is to be withdrawn - the points vacated wherever they lie will become immediately available to the next racer who submits a claim to points in that category who has not yet earned points in that category.
